Grandpa’s Top-of-the-Morning Creed

Grandpa’s Top-of-the-Morning Creed

KNOWING JESUS, TODAY I WILL GLADLY FOLLOW THE PATH HE HAS CHOSEN FOR ME, BELIEVING THAT HE IN LOVE IS CHOOSING TO LIVE HIS LIFE THROUGH ME, IN THIS WAY AT THIS TIME, FOR HIS GLORIOUSLY GOOD PURPOSE!

“THE YOKED FOLLOWER OF CHRIST” PICTURE?
I am so grateful for my grandson Jashton’s picture of the yoked follower of Christ. This Christmas gift from him in 2019 reminds me again and again of Jesus’ truth statement about Himself and His promises in His Word to me, His beloved. THE WRITINGS
The writings set to the tune of “I’ve Discovered the Way of Gladness” have been things I have written out over the years to keep me focused on honoring Jesus Christ with my life. (See music source below)
The first saying displayed (“Great things escape me, but Christ filling me, I will do the small things with great love!”) is inspired by a quote from Mother Theresa, “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”
