This blog site is dedicated to my wife, Julia Ewert, who passed away on May 13, 2022. Julia was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis in 2015. She lived out her life, taking every breath as a gift.
When the doctor told us she had two years to live, our entire world changed. Priorities came into sharp focus, people became more important, and God came very close.
Julia wrote in the flyleaf of her Bible a vision for own life that I hope will be reflected in every posting: "With respect to the promises of God, Julia did not waver in unbelief but grew strong in faith - giving glory to God and being fully assured that what God had promised He was also able to perform." (Ref. Rom. 4:20-21)
